Dungeon consists of the two remaining towers and any subterranean linkage, as well as mostly extradimensional space...a fuckton of it.
Grinding noises sometimes come from the two good towers.
Magical constructs roam.
Large battle-scale spells defend the area. Living spells? Warmages? Both?!?
Flames disrupt divine magic. Summoning a fiend causes you to be consumed by gray flame (see Lost Empires).
Imaskarcana?
The flames burn eternally, the fuel is an imprisoned god.
The bridge: its guardian, the eldritch giant.
Close to Mulptan (three days' ride east); Svetlana would know all about it.
Treasure likely includes powerful spells, especially battle spells. Likely some epic spells. Mostly arcane.
Outer monsters: living spells.
Inner monsters: constructs.
Guardians: 3 giants; two of them tower guardians, one the bridge guardian.
The Raumvirr built prototype constructs to crush the Nar in the late days of the war; they may still be around: the Dreadnaught, and the Fiend-Render.
